Contractors in the industry and will enlist them to complete the
construction effort on your project. We will manage the
entire process for you and turn over the finished project to
you.
DESIGN - BUILD
Our Design-Build team is second to
none and the advantage to using this approach is that your project
gets started sooner and we control the quality and the
budget. Along the way we will conduct Value Engineering and
Constructability Reviews and adjust the design effort
accordingly.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We also provide complete Project
Management services from the Concept phase all the way through the
turn over of the project to you the client. We will manage
the design effort and conduct a Value Engineering Review with the
Design team to make sure that the budget is attainable and that we
can complete the project on time.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Have you already finished your
design? We will manage the construction of your project and
we will conduct a Constructability Review to make sure that the
project can be completed on time and at your budget.
